The 18 Volt LXT Lithium-Ion 5 Inch random orbit sander kit includes 18 Volt LXT Lithium-Ion rapid optimum charger, two 18 Volt LXT Lithium-Ion 5.0 Amp-hour battery, dust bag, tool bag and 120-grit hook-and-loop 5 Inch round abrasive disc. Tool is precisely designed to offer increased efficiency and mobility to woodworkers. Sander features three speed settings that is 7000/9500/11000 OPM for faster material removal. The one-touch electronic control switch facilitates user to select fast, medium and low settings. Sander featuring ergonomically designed body and grip provides enhanced operator comfort. The pad control system assures controlled pad speed upon start-up and pad brake is precisely designed for minimal free-spin as well as increased overall finish. This orbit sander is integrated with efficient through-the-pad dust collection system for a cleaner work environment. Oversized sealed-ball bearing construction increases life of sander tool. Sander tool featured with Star Protection Computer Controls, allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time. The rapid optimum charger effectively communicates with the battery’s built-in chip throughout the charging process to optimize battery life by actively controlling current, voltage and temperature.
